I have Bought a 2.8 TFT LCD form ebay
and i have used more than one libraries
and only white screen appear
please i need a kind help from you 
Your photos are pretty useless. If the signals are printed on the Shield pins like the red mcufriend shields, you simply compare the pinouts. Compare the visible chips.
If they are the same, just run any of the libraries for the 2.4" mcufriend displays.
This will tell you which controller is installed. It is probably ILI9325 or ILI9341, but it could be any number of other types.
