With help of disneysw I have refurbished the adafruit library for this new chip

Worked right out of the box for me. 
I just extracted to its own directory and double clicked the included example. Thanks for your work.
I should note that I did get one broken display from eBay. Took a couple of days before I found out other people had the same problem. Just a suggestion, if anyone is having trouble, make sure you print out your display chip ID in the serial monitor. If it is not a known type there is a good chance you have a broken shield.

you wrote a sketch to view bmp files for this display with the 9341 controller, what needs to be changed to make this sketch work with the 4535 controller?
