2 buttons 4 functions help

Is this a third button, and that you want to add a 'save' button function that happens only if you short press the button while in editmode? or is is a button function on one of the two buttons?

no not nessecessarly, say a different button on a press with a counter lets you select loopmode and anothermode while in editmode and when not in editmode they function normaly.
