2 channel relay, need help with wiring

Hi

I have a Saint smart, 5 volt, 2 channel relay i am using to drive 2 12 volt fans, i understand how relays work, and i have discovered that the 4 pins on the right side of the board ( GND INT INT VCC ) Aare inputs from the Arduino, in my case a UNO R3, i do not wish to burn anything out, so can some help me with the 3 pins on the left side ( VCC VCC GND ) there is a Jumper over the two vcc's. do i need to connect these, if yes were to?

Please do not double post.

Gnd-arduino gnd
INT/INT are digital inputs
VCC- 5v

other vcc you need to connect 12 v. and gnd.. all should be at same ground potentials.
before scared being burnt , dont connect any load relay board. just check voltage @ output or you can hear change over polarity sound when digital input is given
Its better to put image of dual channel relay.
