2 Led and a Photodiode

Hi Guys! I'm starting and I had an enquiry. I want to connect 2 LEDS depending on a photodiode, so when the photodiode gets no light, 1 of the LED's which is always on, goes off and the other LED which was off, goes on.

how could i do that?

I'm trying and I got closer but I do not know the values of the photodiode so I cant get the LED ON when the phtodiode gets no light.

If you could help that would be awesome!
