20, 2 Metre LED Strips with on/off sequence

Hi

I have a project which requires 20+ LED strips of around 2 Metres to flicker on and off in a basic sequence. The electronics will be embedded inside a form, with the main power stored externally.

What would be the estimated time to produce something like this, ignoring the programming?

I am just looking for a rough estimate to help me plot out a project timeline, and happy to answer any blatant details I may have missed.

Anywhere from 10 minutes to 10 weeks or longer depending on whether you just buy a piece of LED strip and cut it in pieces, or you start totally from scratch. And your skills of course.
