Hi, SO SAD, to announce this:
After a long time in Arduino and the Forum.
I am posting this with a heavy heart.
I love Arduino and everything that comes with it... but I am officially done in #2022!
This is taking up too much of my time.
I’m struggling to keep up with the everyday chores of cooking, cleaning and maintaining the home, so something must give.
I have decided to get rid of all my gear.
Below is a list of what's available.
Serious inquiries only, and please don't insult me with low offers.
Thanks for reading and understanding...
Vacuum cleaner
Dustpan and broom
Mop and bucket
Pots and pans
Toilet bowl brush and cleaner
Laundry detergent
Woolworths Everyday Rewards Card
Excess knives, forks and spoon
Coles FlyBuy Card
Jocks and Socks
Any serious offer will be considered. Every little bit helps for more Arduino parts...
HAPPY NEW YEAR.. Tom VK3DMK
(Adapted from Facebook, Budget Model Railroading group.)
Clearly not this year as - somewhat remarkable - I score 365 days! And was in hospital once - but only for the day. Most of a week in ICU December 2020 though so that would have kicked the figure.
BTW, I have never smoked, do not drink alcohol. OK, I have a little chocolate every day - apparently it's good for you (but I think only if it is dark chocolate).
And part of my job is treating drug addiction, so I am very familiar with the concept.
Relief? How do you make that out? I mean it is half past midnight now!

I'm surprised the cursed laser tag thread trilogy wasn't in at least one list.
I'm not surprised I was in the most topics section.
I would like to thank the community for putting up with me during my first little while here. I do think I'll stay for a while, as this is a nice place for getting information.
I don't do resolutions, but I'll make an exception specifically for the community. I'll try to have a better ratio of being helpful to wasting people's time. Far too many times has a thread escaped my knowledge and I've hung around for some reason.
Things I will keep doing
Making chatroom style threads when I start a project (Pseudo data glove)
something is wrong with the visits counter. I visit the forum multiple times every day.
(I read all new topic titles (not international). but I open only a few.)
