hi, it is possible to control 220v linear actuator with arduino?

i want 3 steps, 0% 50% 100% loop after 1 hour outomatically, any help?

You can control (nearly) anything with the Arduino, it is a matter of how you interface the the device.

How are you going to detect the required points?
