24 volt motor

I have 2, 24 volt motors I ripped out of toy electric scooters. the motors come with batteries and a controller. the controller only drives the wheel forward not backwards. I was looking for a way to put these on my robot and control them with speed control and in both directions. the motor claims 100 watts output, but the controller says 15 amps max stall. what kind of controller will I need?

You will require an H-drive motor controller capable of handling in excess of 24vdc and at least 4 to 5 amps depending on worst case motor current (stall current).
