240Vac to 5v and 3.3v dc?

Hello experts

I was thinking to install esp8266 and 5v relay board in concealed switch box but I am stucked in providing 5v and 3.3v .what's available in switch box is just 230v ac and gnd .so was thinking for any way to convert 5v and 3.3v by and means ?

Most mobile phone wall chargers provide a regulated 5volt output on a (micro)USB cable or socket.
A 3.3volt lineair regulator(board) can turn this into 3.3volt.

Or I can use lm117t vtg regulators to drive 3.3v from 5 v is That correct ?

Yes.
Once you have 5volt from the phone charger, you can turn that into 3.3volt with a 3.3volt LM1117.
You can buy small boards with a 3.3v 1117 and in/out capacitors already soldered on.
