2s/3s simultaneous charging with TP4056

Is it safe to charge each cell of the battery simultaneously with three TP4056 chargers running at 1A?

and is 1A okay for balance tapped wires? or should I lower this current through the chargers?

*conceptual schematic placed below.

Oops I think I have a problem. Lately I checked the actual TP4056 charger chip from ebay and it has a common ground with the supply. This is a problem with my setup for it will induce a very large negative current through the battery (as shown in the attached image)

It's better to use a separate ground plane for each TP4056.

My idea is to use a common AC source from a transformer rated 3A and use different rectifying and regulating circuits for the TP4056. I could also use old ATX supplies (PC power supplies) but that would be a hassle. I could also use three 1000mA rated switching power supply adapters to avoid bulkiness of a large transformer, but the expense is too large for my budget so I'll just stick to the transformer.

Hopefully there would be three 5V voltage supply for each of the three TP4056 circuit boards so to isolate their ground planes form each other. From this the charger would charge each cell as shown from my first post.
