3.5 tft spi unknown

Need help im stumped.
I ordered this tft.

i have tried to figure this one out and i am at a loss.
the connections dont make sense to me and they dont match any other spi displays i have.

i want to connect it to my duo if anyone can help.
Thank you in advance

Your "connection board" is a STM32F103VCT6 system with parallel TFT connector (FSMC).
Your display has a matching parallel interface, that uses a part of the connector.
The controller of the display might be ILI9341; you can find it out as it has read support.

I do have the same processor board with a matching 7inch display, called "Tiky".

I have also connected my "Tiky display" to Arduino Due, this is quite easy. I may have posted a photo in an other topic, will need to search it.

You can find more information in my GxTFT library.

Thanks for the reply , i looked at my black 407ve and my tft connector has 2 more pins then the one on the back of the display.

The TFT connector of the black 407VE has a different pinout than the board of your link.
So you have to decide if you want to do the mapping by the hardware wiring, or by bit shuffling in SW in the display library.

In any case, your display has a 16bit parallel interface, so your best option is to use the MCUFRIEND_kbv library. With hardware wiring mapping, you just need to enable 16bit support; for direct parallel connection you would need a SPECIAL for the interface of your display. David Prentice will certainly help, if this mapping does not exist yet. Displays with this pinout seem to turn up more often.

I just found the link to the information about the SPECIAL for DUE : http://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=366304.msg3187056#msg3187056
