The Arduino DUE PWM peripheral has a Synchro feature. You can generate 3 sine waves, with the exact same frequency phase-shifted 120 degrees with respect to each other. The sine wave is realized by varying the duty cycle automatically by a DMA. In loop(), you can update the frequency of your sine waves as necessary.
