32x08 Red Led 5mm Dot Matrix not working [SOLVED]

I just bought 4 of these boards in the arduino store, and I can't get any of them to show a thing.

I'm tried with a Arduino Ethernet, an Arduino Deumilanove but no results.

I'm powering the Dot matrix from the arduino board
I've put the switch (sw1) on the back to have 1 to on and 2,3,4 to off

used this sketch

nothing happens.

It can't be they are all 4 broken

Finally got them working, but only 2 out of 4 do work.
1 is dead and the other one does funny things.
Guess I'll have to mail to the Arduino Store asking for replacement boards
