I want to build a car that can move away from coming things , so I need some sensor to find anything coming In 360 degree , I'm thinking to put 4 ultrasound sensors but I think there is will be some interference and bad sensing !

If you program them to operate in a sequence so only one is active at a time, might work. But you must consider detecting something coming at 45 degrees, so two sensors detect the same movement. Or two things are coming from opposite directions. What then?
I would not class all that as interference, but as opportunities for you to design the system to handle.

Check the detection angle of your sensors. It's probably less than 45°, expect something like 30°, meaning you have blind spots with just four sensors. At such an angle you'd need more like eight sensors.
