New to this subject
The 3d printer incorporates a Arduino Mega 256
I need to download the boards configuration.h to make some
calibration changes.
Can someone please point the way for me

The file will not be on the Arduino.
If you have access to it on a PC then you can edit it with any reasonable text editor.
You would probably get more useful information about 3D printers on the RepRap Forum.
