4 Channel Relay Module

I am just getting back into the Arduino world. I have just added a 4 Channel Relay Module to my collection of bits. Can someone point me in the right direction as regards wiring it up and code? For example, I would like to have the relays switching in sequence, putting LED's on at the same time. As an old fogie I could do with a little help to keep what's left of my brain cells.

Just ignore IN5 - IN8.
You should use a separate 5V power supply for the relay board, 4 relay coils draw near 300 mA, too much for the Arduino's 5V regulator and a strain on USB power.
