403 Forbidden when installing plugin

I am using a Chromebook, and when I go to install the plugin I am taken to a page that is "403 Forbidden".

Is there a way around that?

What plugin? Are you talking about the web editor?

If it is the web editor then I think the problem might be at the user end.

AFAIK Android is not yet supported.

Just confirmed it wont load the plugin on android so a chromebook would have no chance just yet without a lot of work.
