Hello!
I am new to Arduino and would like to ask if there are already projects or soft for this project.
The Pi2B is the main in the house, the UNO als slave in the garden sends data from wind-,temp-,.. sensors and receives for switching digital outputs.
I am now looking for hardware that is running on UNO and Pi, with libraries? and bindings for openHAB.

There is really no cost for writing a bit more about your project. Just what are asking about? What is a 433/868 Transceiver UNOto Pi2B?
