To give a small and simple answer :
- Get Google Code Archive - Long-term storage for Google Code Project Hosting.
- Remove all jumpers from JP1
- Upload the sketch
- Put back JP1 jumpers
Once you get tired of removing all three jumpers try just removing the bottom one when you are uploading code. Saves a lot of time ;-). Works for me.
