I realize that somebody must like these... but I still find them somewhat annoying. After working DIGIT-DIGIT-MULTIPLIER nomenclature for 30 years... my eyes just don't want to instantly recognize a 5-band label.
Regardless of what my eyes tell me... I always read... double check... then go "Aw Heck!" and grab the Ohm Meter.

They are just DIGIT-DIGIT-DIGIT-MULTIPLIER, after all, with the last band meaning showing tolerance is a sort of sensible way... (I DO hope I never need a 0.1% resistor, though... Or that 6th band.)
