+500 millivolt supply

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a source for 500 millivolts? I need something in that range for analog reference voltage. I know there is 1.1 v available but that is way too much for my purposes.

There are three here:-

See page 323 of the datasheet. The minimum for Vref (analog voltage reference) is 1.0 volts.

So you may as well use the 1.1V reference.
