A few weeks ago I got the message in the title while visiting forum.arduino.cc. This morning somewhere between 05:00 and 05:30 South African time it was back again. It's now working (05:40), else I could not post

So how do they know that something is wrong? Somebody here must be able to contact them. Who? If it's me that can do it myself, please let me know how.

If I was trying to sell something I would make it my business to contact my customers where it is convenient for the customers rather than have the customer saying what you have said.
They created this Website and Forum section and yet they completely ignore it.
