555 timer, what resistor and capicitor to use.

Hi i want to use a 555 timer to trigger a HC-SRo4 sensor and with what i can gather it needs a 10us pulse to trigger it.
I cant seem to calculate what resistor and capacitor will be needed?

Edit, it needs to be in a monostable circuit.

Not exact at all.
Where does it say it needs 10uS?

It says:-

Using IO trigger for at least 10us high level signal,

That means that a signal greater than 10uS is needed. It does not mean it has to be 10uS.
