External effects are the movement of chairs (right to left, top to bottom) + inclusion of smoke + bubbles + water spray.
There is an XML file where the times on and off external effects are registered. Is it possible to realize all this through mega.

actually i have player software,3d movies,controller board but i want to make controller board with UNO or supporting another board.

If you don't know how to program an Uno there are lots of online tutorials.
If you do know how to program an Uno but have a specific issue that is causing a problem then you need to tell us what it is.
