OK, so looking back at this, it seems it has nothing whatsoever to do with Arduinox.
You are looking for a simple RF remote control, nothing more, AKA "garage door opener" though in this case the security function is basically immaterial.
Readily available all over Aliexpress and such, no construction or programming (other than the security code) required.
