As Whandall said, it was my original idea to use Arduino, but after your advice, I'll try to go with the ready-made solution. I have fun using Arduino and try to apply to my everyday needs in biology (I already made a simple feeding system to feed parasites) and wanted to do the same here.
I want to THANK YOU ALL (Whandall, wildbill, Paul_KD7HB, groundFungus and paulpaulson and PAul_B) for all your help and patience.
By using this device, we will be contributing to the conservation of at least 3 or 4 endemic and critically endangered bird species! It does not sound like a lot but for sure it is!
