I was wondering if I can use a 6v for the Vin on Teensy 3.2 instead of 5V without frying it or do I need a voltage regulator. My lm7805 is consuming to much power and not providing enough for the two servos.

This implies that the maximum voltage on Vin is 6 volts: Teensy® 3.2
Teensy's Vin is 5V, definitely not more, that's likely to damage it. (That teensy page never mentions 6V)
You certainly don't want to share servo power rail with it either, that's asking for issues too.
Separate 5-7.2V power for servo, regulated 5V to Vin on the Teensy is how to do it safely.
