6 pin circular connector to USB A

I have a Trimble s5 total station. There is a 12V 6 pin female circular connector on it. This cable is needed https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/Trimble-6pin-Hirose-to-USB-Cable_1954183729.html to communicate with Total Station through Trimble SDK. I am trying to make this communication wireless with a Lora module. I am thinking about placing a 6-pin female circular connector on my PCB. But I don't know how to convert USB to 6-pin circular connector. Is this too specific ? Is there any common protocol or converter IC for this?

It does not look like there is any electronics in the cable, so perhaps its just a straight wiring issue. The manual for your 'Trimble s5 total station' ought to provide you with that information.

You have not made not clear how this is related (or connected with) Arduino and LoRa.

For the first time, I see the cable I thought the exact same thing as you. There is also this kind of cables Trimble Total Station Data Cable,Usb - Buy Trimble,Surveying Instrument,Usb Cable Product on Alibaba.com however I am %100 percent sure there is a special IC in that cable. We talked with an employee and he told us there is a hardware handshake to start the communication. I want to transmit the data comes from 'total station' bit by bit using http://www.hoperf.com/data_link/HM-TRLR-DW.html this Lora module. But I don't know how to convert.
