7" Colour TV screen

I've been given a Saka 7" portable TV. It appears to be working but is an analogue TV and there are no longer any analogue TV signals in the UK.
Has anyone hacked the TFT LCD screen from one of these to do something useful?
It seems a pity to throw it away.
I know that an Arduino is unlikely to be of much use in any project.

At some point, there're probably a composite video input - could you use that?

Not on the outside, there isn't.
Only inputs/outputs are:
Phones (3.5mm socket)
USB ('A' female)
Power (12V 0.5A)
A-Out (3.5mm socket)...I presume that's Audio Out.
Arial (also a 3.5mm socket ??)
The base has what looks like a camera tripod screwed hole.

To be tied to a composite input somewhat defeats the object of a portable TV!
The case is in poor condition. I was hoping to use just the screen, if anyone has any ideas for a project.

Post an out-of-focus photo of the screen in the Displays section, under a heading of 'Help me...'?

I have an old Casio pocket LCD (2.5"?) with composite input. I used to use it as a first-level monitor for commissioning video surveillance gear.

Unless the interior is very highly integrated, there's probably a point after the RF section where you could tap in composite.

Should I take the photo with the TV on (snow) or off?

I'll have a look for that.
