Hai, please give me 12/15 to 7 volt switch converter circuit, I don't want to purchase it readily available, i want to make it my own, thank you/
Why ? Is $1.70 too much for you ?
Buck converter
You DO realize the parts to build will cost you much more than to buy it .
As you wish:
ATtiny85 based switchmode buck regulator
What do you want a 7v regulator for now?
You don't want it to feed an Arduino, because Arduinos use 5V regulated.
You do not use a switchmode regulator just to feed a linear regulator.

Technically, if he didn't have a 5V supply , he COULD use it to supply the Vin RAW voltage
since it can take 7V in.
I don't know why he wants to build it but I guess it goes back to his other post about
