8 wire stepper motor problem

Hi there, im trying to hook up an 8-wire stepper motor but can't work out the right way of connecting it using the schematics in the datasheet. i want to use it as a bipolar stepper motor with an h-bridge so i think figure one shows the right way of doing it - however - what am i meant to do with B and E? they are in the circuit but not connected to anything - leaving them out completely doesnt work but attaching them to the power source (12V) doesnt work either - any ideas where to go from here? would be greatly appreciated.

got it! in case anyone else has the same problem: the trick is to combine B with C and F with G - the motor can then be used like any other 6 wire bipolar stepper motor. One could also combine all of them (B-C-F-G) and use it like a 5 wire bipolar stepper motor. They basically supply the motor voltage (12V) in this case. Hope this helps.
