8 x Voltage sensors activating 8 12 volt LEDS

Hi guys,
I am having troubles getting a sketch that will compile and run on my UNO There are samples of single voltage and the 8 relays.
I have thought about of running a array but that is above me and my currant skills.

Any help is greatly welcomed

Much depends on what you mean by "voltage sensor" and "activating". More details might allow someone to provide help.
