Hi there guys,
I have an 8x8 two color LED matrix with 24 pins (12 and 12). Can anyone tell me which pins I need to connect this to the Arduino?

We'll need to know the part number of the device. Is there anything printed on it?

thats not very ehlpful. Which store did you buy it from? Otherwise, you are going to have to use a power source and a multimeter and try to map the pins yourself.
Bought it from a local store downtown Toronto. I suppose, as a last resort, I will have to call up the store. 
What store and how much, if you don't mind?
Bought it from Creatron for $9.60.
that matrix is made by sure electronics, i'll find the info for you.
it has 24 pins because its bi color some pins for green some for red.

heres the data sheet i will post the arduino direct drive info when I find it on my laptop. 
Ah ha, having bought one of these from somewhere that has no datasheet info whatsoever about them, this is a start, thank you.
