I attached by battery clip to the breadboard where the nano is, the positive on the Vin and the negative on the GRD, but my Arduino does not turn on. Strangely enough, if I connect the L298N motor I have to the arduino's V5 and GRD pin (without adding power to the L298N motor), the arduino does work. How can I resolve my issue?
Use a better power supply. 9V batteries are for extremely light duty, like smoke alarms.
