A drill and heating source

Hi everyone,
I need help with my school project:
Im trying to build a machine that includes a hollow tube that is covered with heating band and drill . I need to run those to component simultaneously.
Lets say i need to run the drill in 1500 [rpm]
And i need to set the tube inner temp to be 150

.
I also have 2 thermistors. And im planing to get LCD.

my 2 questions are:
1) which controller/shield will be able to operate my requirements, that have port for drill and heating element?
2) Is there any firmware like marling that is open-source to use and can handle heating with PID and controlling the drill?

The drill is from here:

In the future i will add an insulation on this band. I would like also to here youre advise on saftey which is really importent!

Thanks very much!

Hello

I would like also to here you're advice on safety which is really important!

The drill appears to be mains powered. In order to do what you want you need to build circuitry directly connected to the mains. It is obvious that you are a beginner without basic knowledge of electricity and a long way from being able to safely work with mains electricity. My advice for your safety is to pick a project that only uses low voltage equipment.

Any chance not to solder directly the drill to board.. lets say using an IOT Power Relay like this one:

?

thanks!

solder directly the drill to board

I think you just proved the point made in reply #1.

I meant, I am not planing to solder anything to mains.
I wanted to use that Iot switching relay and plug the drill on to it and to connect the IOT relay to the arduino board which has low currents.

Anyway I am far from building a prototype for now I have to present a theoretical machine
so I'd really appreciate if you'll help me find a firmware and a way to do that.

Thanks again for replying.

Even if you don't build it what you are trying to do requires a knowledge of electronics you don't appear to have. You asked about and stressed the importance of safety. If you were not planning to build this then safety would not be a concern. You need to learn basic electronics first, then about triacs and their use to control mains powered equipment. You also need to learn to program in C / C++. To get help here you need to show us what you have tried and where you have got stuck. At the moment your question reads, to me at least, like you don't have any idea what you are doing and want us to tell you the answer. That's not how it works here, you want help you put some effort in and show us what you have tried.

The relay you linked to will allow you to turn the drill on and off, it will not allow you to control the speed, which was one of your requirements. That you even suggest it tells me you don't have any basic knowledge of what you are trying to do.
