A few questions about ATmega & Atheros "bridge"

Hi there,

I think about buying Arduino Yun. But I have some specific requirments and I need to know a few things. :) I hope you can help me.

  1. First - probably it's very stupid but I have to be sure - has AR9331 implemented UDP protocol? :)

  2. Second - can I NOT use URL addresses to setting outputs (like http://myArduinoYun.local/arduino/digital/13) - I just want to get UDP packets to Atheros and directly transfer it to ATmega - simply - can I do it? :)

  3. Third - worst I think - is Arduino Bridge Library available in C language? I prefer to write code in C language, and I need this library in... C language. ;)

Thanks for every help!

Search this forum for UDP it has been covered, I believe the implementation was in Python.

Arduino Bridge Library available in C language?

The linino side of the bridge is Python. The bridge library on the 32u4 is in c++ like any other arduino library

I prefer to write code in C language, and I need this library in... C language.

If you follow http://playground.arduino.cc/Hardware/Yun#build_linino you have a cross compile toolchain, Linux only won't work on windows. If you insist on the bridge being in c it could be ported.

Thanks for reply. :)

Thats great, but i can't find this library in whole internet, neither on git. Can someone share with me link to download it in C++ language, please? ;)

EDIT: Ok, I have got this! :) Thanks a lot for help!
