a function definition is not allowed here before '{' token

Hello everyone,
To start off, I must say that I do not have much experience with Arduino. I got an UNO board and have been using it for an engineering class. My very limited programming knowledge comes from Vex robotics and even then, I wouldn't say I know much.
Thank you for tolerating this as I will and have likely gotten more than a few things wrong.
I am attempting to make a servo move as the song plays, once without repeating. I've managed to stitch together 2 sections of code from tutorials and GitHub.
When I compile it, I get an error stating "a function definition is not allowed here before '{' token" in regards to the second to last line containing "void loop() {".
Any and all help is appreciated.

You should convert your "flocks of seagulls over a garbage dump" bracket style, to a standard nested "Canada geese flying south for the winter" form by using ctrl-T in the IDE. Seeing the correct indentation will often expose errors.

Thank you but I still do not understand what is wrong. This is the last thing I need to parse out for my project and I have the hardware components pre-made. Could you please help me figure out what is wrong and how I can fix it?

Look for pairs {}
As aarg mentioned, your sketch will be a lot easier if you work out your indentation.

Thank you so much! I got it to compile and I'm prepping the housing right now!
