I got this spam email:

Our application for grant of 635, zero – zero Billion U.S.A Dollars received approval last December 2014. because it is a United Nations grant for promotion of infrastructure and industrialization, it is payable without interest. The condition is that it must be used for its purpose.

I don't think I have seen currency expressed this way before.
