A Recording Light to Turn on with Midi controls

Hey Everyone,

I am going to try and make this as easy as possible to follow. But What I am trying to do is Get LED multi color lights to use With my Recording Software through midi commands. I have seen a Video on Youtube of him using a product called " Arduino Feather" Which is wireless. But he did not go into detail on what the other products needed or anything else. Was quick and Breif. I am new to all of this and I am hoping for someone to help me and walk me through everything I will need to make that work!
