If you stand at a certain point in the market square of my home town

( St Ives, Huntingdonshire, now sadly absorbed into Cambridgeshire)

you may take a picture as below

The accusing finger of Oliver Cromwell inexplicably finds the a*** of the innocent emblem of the Golden Lion Hotel.

How unfortunate.

There's also one in Dorset.
