A simple wire question (FTDI)

Ok I have an FTDI board,what wire do I use?.
Sounds crazy but I'm looking for something a little more permanent that wont just fall out like a wire can.
it has headers like an arduino any Ideas?.

Use crimp-terminated wires from pololu.com in a crimp connector housing.
They plug in nice & solid.

Just what I was looking for, but $5 for 4 wires I think Ill get the 100 pack pins make my own now I know what to get.

Just solder some straight http://www.hobbytronics.co.uk/36way-header-254?keyword=header or right angle http://www.hobbytronics.co.uk/36way-header-ra?keyword=header headers onto the board (assuming this is a DIY board) run wires to the relevant ATmega pins and plug the FTDI straight into it.

If you don't want to solder headers, there are always pogo pins:
