A simplest circuit with 16 MHz oscillator

Hi guys,

I want to learn a bit how an circuit with crystal oscillator works. But I have no coils and kind off I only have some free time today and tomorrow. Does anybody possible have a circuit, for 16 MHz crystal oscillator, that only uses capacitors and resistors and transistors, but no coils. Circuit should have all the components sized up.

Alternatively, a basic circuit for hooking up Arduino Atmega328 would be useful as well.

Oh, I want to understand first how crystal oscillators work, and than the next step is a small Arduino stand alone project. thanks for the link.
