Topics like I need your help will be automatically deleted in 24 hours and also normal posts deleted inside a topic will be deleted in 24 hours.
Deletion is not immediate because staff members still need to be able to see what a user has posted/edited/deleted.
This avoids situations such as insults/threats/spam etc that is written and then immediately deleted.
Even a normal user can see the deleted content (clicking on the orange pencil at the top right of the deleted post) and flag the post if necessary.
