A UNO + LCD 2x16 Keypad Shield: no more pins for relays

Hello there!

I'm new on this, after play few hours with the Arduino UNO board and the LCD Keypad Shiel I took note about there's no more pins available for 4 Relay Module board connection.

So, what can I do?

Also in the future I would like to connect an pyrometer (analog).

TY!

I don't think the passage of time affects the number of available pins.

Jump up to Atmega1284P. 32IO, 16KSRAM, DIP available. Here's a board I offer in Uno type form factor, others available also:

Is it a mechanical problem (how to connect cables to yet unused pins), or are too many pins already in use?

I have free:

  • AREF
  • ICSP

The LCD Keypad Shield have an clone of few or their pins, more specify:

  • Digital 1 (TX) to 7 pin
  • Analog IN: A1 to A4 pin
  • POWER: V1N to 3.3v pin

Including ICSP and the analog pins you have a total of 11 output pins available. That's enough for a 4 relay module board, isn't it?

Why not using an I2C LCD display?

Thank you everybody. Finally I solve my problem!!!
