but unfortunately " ULN2803 " can't do this.
ULN2803 are common ground but i want to separate each ground,
any suggestion~~~~~!!

If you wan't PNP darlingtons arrays you might try to get the Allegro's 2981 or the M54580P (that lacks the protection diodes).

I look up datasheet that each output of current "500 mA output source current capability" it means each channel 500ma or total of ch?

I have no direct experience with this particular IC, but I'd guess is 500mA for the total.
No it is 500mA per channel BUT the total switched at any one instant is about 650mA due to power dissipation limits on the package.
