The heading for this category states that it's open for the discussion of "anything and everything".
So, why would anything get "moved"?

It's open to anything, but that doesn't mean that it's the best place for everything. Technical questions are likely to get moved to a more appropriate technical topic group, for example.
imho you can post almost anything as long as it is fun informative or constructive in some sense.
