The main purpose of this forum is to support other people. Though with specific questions the support can be specific and much more effective. So the answer to your quite unspecific question is "YES" I can support you. The other forum-members can support you.
Of course that's an completely unsatisfying answer. The bare minimum you can do is tell a little bit more than "I am a newcomer".
What is the actual status of you "doing things with arduino?"
Did you manage to install the Arduino-IDE? or do you have questions about that?
Do you already have an Arduino-Board?
Are you seeking for advice which board to buy?
Do you have at least any idea what you want to do with the arduino?
Do you have a dream what you want to do with the Arduino in future if your skills drove up the learning curve?
Even the most advanced Arduino-Coding-Nerd does NOT have a LED-iluminated glas-sphere to look inside your head to dig out your thoughts and interests.
