Hello, I'd like to know where the data we collect with the sensors and upload to the Arduino IoT Cloud is stored, and whether it complies with the security regulations of the country where the servers are hosted. Thank you!
No complying with regulation is so costly those days in the EU that you would not want to play with that...

It is best to assume that your data are not secure. Encrypt the data, if it will make you feel better.
