About file type for DFPlayer MP3

Continuing the discussion from DFPlayer MP3 did not play sound:

I have checked the file type from many tutorials on Youtube and seen that most of them used "MP3 File" like this:

while mine is "MP3 Format Sound" like this:

Is it a problem? If it is, how do I change the file type?

What file type do you have?

Will this get annoying, jumping between topics?

Hi @sharkk. There is no difference between "file types" on your computer vs. in the tutorials.

The text you see in the "Type" field of Windows File Explorer is defined by the application used to open files with that file extension by default. So the reason you see "MP3 Format Sound" in your File Explorer, but "MP3 File" in the screenshots from the tutorials is only that you have different applications installed/configured on your computer for MP3 files than the person writing the tutorial had.

So any problems you are having are completely unrelated to this difference and you can disregard the difference.
